"As a young boy growing up in rural New Jersey, I would sometimes wish I had a magic wand that I could wave over people’s heads and heal whatever it was that was troubling them. It did not matter if it was a physical, psychological or an emotional element that was overpowering their life. Whatever it was, somehow I could feel their pain and their struggle and I wanted nothing more than to help them and see them healed.
​Over the years I have experienced many of my own very serious life challenges in the areas of career & finances, friends, family, & relationships. I also had acute and chronic illnesses that had placed me at death’s door several times. Every time I have had to build myself back up physically, emotionally and spiritually, and as a result have become stronger and more in-tune with my inner self and the struggles of others. I now have a clear perspective on my gift and have embraced my life’s purpose.

I have been coaching clients throughout the Tri-State area and the world helping them to achieve their personal and professional goals. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life so that you can overcome them with confidence. One of my specialties is helping people who are dealing with chronic health conditions to gain confidence and courage to overcome the challenges of negativity and hopelessness. As a certified Reiki Master I also can identify where energy may be stagnant in the body, sometimes due to physical injury or emotional pain, resulting in blocks that can cause illness. This energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy in and around the body, and remove these blocks and enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed the healing process and reduce other symptoms of illness.

As an intuitive and fully certified Life Coach, I am able to understand, help, and guide others through their most challenging times. I am able to see what is going on within and around a person that prompts me to speak from a perspective that they are unable to see directly, and use proven coaching skills to inspire and guide them.
